Veggie Chowmein receipe.
Humans and food have a very unique relationship with each other. People around the world are connected to each other in terms of food. Everyone needs food to survive. We not only eat food to survive, but we are also emotionally connected with the food. Today we are talking about the recipe of one food that is made all around the world in different styles- Noodles. All the countries have their own specialty. I personally like chowmein with lots of veggies. let us start the recipe with the ingredients:
- noodles(any brand)
- onions
- bell peppers
- garlic
- chili flakes(optional)
- carrots
- bok choy(any greens according to preference)
- salt
- soy sauce
- sriracha(optional)
- olive oil
- black pepper
After we arrange all the ingredients let's start with boiling our noodles. In a large skillet boil 6 cups of water and add a packet of noodles. Let it boil till it's cooked thoroughly and drain into a strainer. now let us start the next step by placing the big wide pan on the stove. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Once the oil gets hot, add minced garlic and chili flakes. After the garlic turns reddish-brown; add onion and fry for 1 minute. Then add bell pepper and carrots. Mix them and stirfry for few minutes until they start getting soft. If you want to add any other veggies, you can add at this point and stirfry. Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and sriracha(if wanted spicy) and add the boiled noodles. Mix all the ingredients together until mixed well and season it with salt and pepper at last. Garnish with finely chopped green onions. Turn off the heat and your food is ready to serve.
